Our experienced and supportive staff is dedicated to helping those who are suffering from addiction to realize their full potential and learn the skills to live life productively again.  We offer a place where one can safely begin the recovery process.  We are licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services .

Adult Outpatient Treatment

We provide Intensive Outpatient Treatment for youth who are using/abusing drugs and/or alcohol.  This treatment includes individual and group counseling with a family component.  We also offer youth aftercare treatment for those leaving intensive inpatient or outpatient drug/alcohol treatment programs.

Youth Outpatient Treatment

The Council’s Education Program offers several evidence-based prevention programs for youth. One that targets Middle School to High School students ages 12 through 17 years old uses the Project Toward No Drugs curriculum. Another program that targets youth in grades 3 to 6 is Botvin’s Life Skills Training.

The mission of this program is to assist pregnant and postpartum women and teens in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency, health, and well-being of mother, father and child by providing education, counseling, referral, and outreach services.
