Paloma is Spanish for “dove” and the drink is one of the smoothest around. It’s noted for not being too sweet nor too tart. Our Paloma Fizz Mocktail has a hint of Rosemary in it via the rosemary simple syrup that was surprisingly easy to make. It’s another refreshing drink perfect for an afternoon bar-b-que and would complement spicy foods very well. Doves are often a symbol of hope in many countries and religions. Sometimes it’s an uphill battle to quit drinking alcohol; to completely change the way you live. But it can be done. There is hope. The Paloma Fizz is a great way to forge on.
Not going to lie, this may be the easiest mocktail to make in our series. So if you are feeling slightly lazy or are just low-maintenance, this is the drink for you! The tonic water touched up with a hint of mint makes for an ideal spring and summer day time refreshment. And because the ingredient list is so common, this mocktail is something that most bartenders will be able to stir up should you find yourself out and about.
