​Treatment Goals:
Developing the necessary skills to obtain mental and emotional health and wholeness; finding housing and/or employment and connecting to resources in the area. The Treatment program at The Council serves those who have never received treatment in the past, as well as those who are looking to continue the process of recovery after an inpatient stay.
Adult Outpatient Treatment:
​Qualified Licensed Chemical Dependency professionals assess the client’s strengths and needs to build a treatment plan specifically tailored to each client and then works alongside them to help them reach their specific needs and goals.



Youth Outpatient Treatment:
The Youth Outpatient Treatment program works closely with schools, courts, and family-referred teens to address the problems associated with drugs and alcohol for youth.
​Program Staff help develop abstinence plans through: 
​Comprehensive assessments and referral, Individual and group counseling sessions, Therapy sessions with parent and child.
Education + Referrals:
Youth also receive education about the long-term dangers of substance use. Referral services are also available for adolescent clients needing comprehensive inpatient treatment to address ongoing/problem substance use.
